Tobacco Tales

Across the country, U.S. service members are celebrating their successes in trying to quit tobacco and in quitting tobacco—for themselves, for the people they love, and for those who look up to them. Because these successes do not go unnoticed, and because those who are trying to quit tobacco can benefit from hearing about the successes and struggles of others who are trying to quit or who have succeeded, we want to introduce our newest feature—Tobacco Tales.

Tobacco Tales provides a vehicle for people to share their quitting stories so others can see that they are not alone and can learn from what has helped others in their fight to quit smoking or chewing tobacco. Have you successfully quit? Are you currently trying to quit? Have you found effective strategies for fighting those tobacco triggers? Share your story with us and with others who are trying to Quit Tobacco—Make Everyone Proud.
