The California Smokers' Helpline is a FREE, state-wide tobacco cessation service operated by the University of California, San Diego's Cancer Center and funded by state tobacco tax. The service is available to anyone living in California. The Helpline offers self-help materials, referrals to local programs and one-on-one, confidential assistance to help tobacco users break their addiction to tobacco.
