Freedom From TobaccoFreedom From Tobacco

On Independence Day, we celebrate America’s freedom. Freedom is so much more than being free from oppression. It’s being free to do and be who you are! We are all proud to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave.

When you use tobacco, you are not free—you are shackled to that pack or that tin. Quitting tobacco is hard, but you’ve already done things that are so much harder! If you put your mind to it, prepare to quit, and do your best, you can quit and stay quit.

Independence Day means different things to different people, but if you quit tobacco on the 4th of July, it will be even more meaningful and important to you.

Almost done?

Independence Day is a great day to see if you’re ready to quit. Take this quiz and see how dependent on tobacco you are.
