World No Tobacco Day

Honor those who served and gave their lives so that we can be free. Choose to live your life free from the effects of tobacco. Participate in World No Tobacco Day (WNTD) on 31 May 2009, and make it the start of a tobacco-free future. Use these resources to help you quit smoking and chewing for good:

  1. Create your own Quit Plan, Quit Calendar and Quit Blog.
  2. Chat one-on-one with a trained Cessation Coach.
  3. Share your story about quitting smoking or chewing tobacco.
  4. Subscribe to the QuitBrief E-mail Update to get updates on new content and available resources.
  5. Locate support and find information about different kinds of quitting medicines.
