You’re Tough Enough! Join our Great American Smokeout event on 19 November 2009, and give up smoking and chewing tobacco or support others in their efforts to quit tobacco. Check out our resources to help you quit tobacco for good:

  2. Chat one-on-one with a trained Cessation Coach.

Great American Smokeout BannersYou can help get the word out about our Great American Smokeout event by linking to our banners from your Web site. Send e-cards to tell your family and friends that you’re quitting smoking or chewing tobacco and to ask for their support.
