Our Live Help feature puts you in touch with one of our trained Cessation Coaches in just minutes, making it possible for them to answer your questions right away, privately and efficiently.

Hours of Operation

7 days a week, 8:30 am to 10 pm EST

Outside of these hours, you may e-mail your questions and a Cessation Coach will get in touch with you.

Live Help users are anonymous. Please do not submit any information that is private. Although Quit Tobacco-Make Everyone Proud has taken steps to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send over the Internet.
