The American Lung Association report card indicates that most states failed miserably in the implementation of anti-smoking programs. Most states (40 in all) were lacking in efforts to get people to stop smoking or help them quit and received a mark of 'F.' Kansas was the only state that joined the American Lung Association's Smokefree Air Challenge in 2010.
