Neighbors are suing a New York smoker, because his secondhand smoke is seeping into the apartment next door. The neighbors claim the smoke is so bad they have been 'practically evicted' from their apartment and want $2 million compensation. The family claims they have lost sleep, suffered headaches and chest pains, and the smoke is exacerbating their young son's asthma.
