Passive smoking speeds up skin aging resulting in pigmentation, dryness, and dullness, acording to Dr. Apratim Goel, Dermatologist. Nicotine soot makes the skin excessively dry, affects the facial blood vessels causing them to dilate, and increases the melanin content.
