Teenage Smoking Linked To Higher Depression Risk

Researchers report that smoking can increase depressive symptoms in teenagers. Those findings are part of results from the Nicotine Dependence in Teens (NDIT) study from the University of Toronto and the University of Montreal. Those who tried to use cigarettes as a mood enhancer were at greater risk.
