A regulation that prohibits smoking in one of Pennsylvania's popular recreational areas will go into effect on May 1, 2010. Park officials in Whiskeytown National Recreation Area say the policy banning smoking has had an overwhelmingly positive response and that public tolerance of smoking, especially around families and children, is at an all time low.
