Smoking, Obesity's Toll on Life Span

New findings from Harvard University and the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington in Seattle reveal that smoking, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and obesity are shortening Americans' lifespans. American men can lose almost five years, and women can lose just over four years.
