Gruen Von Behren, a 27-year-old man who has undergone 40 surgeries, is traveling to schools throughout Illinois to illustrate the dangers of smokeless tobacco use. His lower jaw and teeth are gone. Half his tongue and neck muscles are also missing, making it difficult for him to speak.
