Public health officials in Connecticut, California, Oregon, New Hampshire, and New Jersey announced that the electronic smokeless devices are the latest tool being used by tobacco companies to circumvent smoking bans. The Attorney General for the State of Connecticut is actively investigating e-cigarette manufacturers and their products.
