"Kicking the habit is on you, and marriage is on us," is the slogan for Saudi Arabia's new program geared toward encouraging young men to stop smoking. In much of the Arab world, the groom bears the cost of getting married, so this offer is an enticement in a nation where about one quarter of the 27.6 million residents smoke.
