Sen. Sherrod Brown is comparing Camel Orbs--a new dissolvable tobacco product--to candy and says the fact that it can be passed off as a breath mint is another way the tobacco industry is luring children. Brown, D-Ohio, successfully added a measure calling for a quick Federal Drug Administration study of Orbs and other dissolvable tobacco products to a larger bill that would put tobacco products under FDA regulatory authority.
