Dr. Carolyn Dresler, director of the Arkansas Department of Health Tobacco Prevention and Cessation is speaking out about the link between tobacco use and global health care and human rights issues. She warns about the popular but dangerous Swedish tobacco product known as Snus and explains that there are now approximately 5 million tobacco-related deaths per year.
