Tough Laws, Higher Prices Mean Fewer Kids Smoke

American teens who live in states that comply with tobacco sales laws are less likely to start smoking than teens those who live where the laws are not strictly enforced. According to researchers at the University of Massachusetts, efforts to prevent sales of tobacco products to minors pays off.
