Exercise May Help Pregnant Women Stop Smoking

British researchers found that about 25 percent of pregnant women who exercised regularly were more likely to quit smoking. Transdermal nicotine patches are one way to help smokers quit, but they may harm the developing fetus, leaving exercise as a healthy alternative for pregnant women.
