West Virginia Officials Concerned About Kids' Secondhand Smoke Exposure

Despite an aggressive public awareness campaign, West Virginia officials report that because of hard-core tobacco use in some of the state's poorest households, children are exposed to passive smoking at twice the national average. State officials say even though adults are aware of the health dangers to their children they have not been able to change behavior.
