A tobacco control group is charging Philip Morris Philippines (PMI) with the use of devious and illegal advertising tactics to promote the Marlboro brand. Fans, who visited a Web site for information about tickets for a reunion concert of the popular rock band Eraserheads, were redirected to the Marlboro Web site.
