NYC Says Gains in Life Expectancy Due to Anti-smoking Policy

Heart-disease deaths in New York City have fallen by 28 percent since 2002. The City's Health Department reports that this drop reflects bans on public smoking, cigarette taxes, and ads showing tobacco-related illnesses.
