Flavored cigars have become the tobacco of choice for middle school students in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, the Cleveland metropolitan area. Health officials fear that battling cigar smoking and other tobacco products coming onto the market will be difficult with Ohio's tobacco cessation funding almost depleted.
