Should Government Crack Down on Hookah Lounges?

State lawmakers in Oregon, Connecticut, and California are proposing to ban or limit hookah bars because of the health hazards associated with the smoking. Drug and tobacco addiction experts say that even recreational use of hookah can lead to addiction. Many people smoke hookah because they believe it is milder and safer than cigarettes, but experts say is dangerous, maybe even more so, than lighting up a cigarette.
