The American School Health Association, the National Association of Secondary School Principals, and the National School Boards Association are cooperating to create one voice to urge Congress to pass H.R. 1108, the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. This legislation would give the Food and Drug Administration authority to regulate the tobacco industry.
